Cancellation Policy

If a class is not canceled due to CTFI and canceled by the student this needs to be done within 48 hours of the class. A refund will not be given if the student cancels within that time frame we will be more than happy to reschedule your class or give you a partial refund of 20% of the total price paid.

Waiver

Whereas, in consideration of being permitted to attend this course for instruction in the basic use of firearms, for the instruction in firearms, for use of the premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned agrees to the following: 

 

Undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend DEZIEL G. BESSETTE AND CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION LLC. from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with the undersigned’s presence at and/or participation in the course of instruction; the discharge of firearms by the undersigned, undersigned’s presence on or use of the range specific location, building and, and premises, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF DEZIEL G,  BESSETTE OR CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION LLC. 

 

Undersigned further waives for himself/herself and for his/her heirs, assigns, successors, executors administrators, and legal representatives, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands, and any other actions or claims whatsoever, (including but not limited to the death of the undersigned and/or any and all injuries, losses, or damages, which may in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or connected with CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION the instructors’ the course of instruction, the premises; range, undersigned’s presence on or use of said premises and the discharge of firearms EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE DEZIEL G. BESSETTE OR CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION LLC.

 

Undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and for his/her heirs, assigns, successors, executors’ administrators, and legal representatives, hereby expressly releases DEZIEL G. BESSETTE AND CT FIREARMS INSTRUCTION LLC. form any and all such claims and liabilities.  Undersigned further acknowledges the inherent risk of physical injury, including death, and expressly assumes all risk of taking part in the course for instruction in firearms and taking part in the activities on the range premises, which include, but are not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms and the firing and handling of live ammunition.  I also represent that I have no physical or medical condition, which in my knowledge would endanger others, or myself while I participate in this training and/or activities.

 

UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THIS INSTRUMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS TERMS AND IS EXECUTING THIS INSTRUMENT VOLUNTARILY.  UNDERSIGNED FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE WILL AT ALL TIMES ABIDE BY ALL RANGE RULES AND PROCEDURES AND ANY OTHER RULES AND PROCEDURES STATED BY THE INSTRUCTOR.  UNDERSIGNED AGREES THAT THIS INSTRUMENT IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS PERMITTED BY LAW AND THAT THIS INSTRUMENT BINDS THE UNDERSIGNED AND HIS/HER HEIRS, ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS, EXECUTORS ADMINISTRATORS, AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES. 

 

The undersigned acknowledges that they are free of any mental disease or defect and that they presently do not require medication for mental disease or defect.  It is the responsibility of the student to make sure upon completion of the course to make sure all documents are signed and correct.  The undersigned also acknowledges that they have not been convicted of a felony in this state or any other state.
