Description
This course is taught in partnership with GunSTAR Training of Marshall AR.
Course meets all training requirements set by the Arkansas State Police for an Unrestricted Basic Concealed Handgun Carry License (CHCL). Student must apply directly to the State Police for the CHCL, to include submitting digital fingerprints at a Live Scan facility.
Course content uses the curriculum of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals (CCHDF) program, so course completion also qualifies students for a USCCA certificate of training.
Individuals who carry or plan to carry under the Arkansas permitless (Constitutional) carry law are strongly encouraged to complete a CHCL class to be familiar with applicable firearms and criminal laws, such as prohibited locations.
Instructor does not submit course completion information to the State Police; no government records are created until the student submits a CHCL application or training certificate to the State Police.
When DCS Trains does not have scheduled classes for CHCL and ECHCL,we recommend training in the regularly scheduled classes at either
Arkansas Armory in Sherwood (North Little Rock)
501-835-GUNS (4867)

Last Resort Firearms Training in Whitehall.
