About 1840 INC
Tammy Stein is a native Texan with family dating back to the 1840 Republic of Texas when her great, great, great grandfather came to Texas with a land grant. She has worked in a wide variety of professional capacities in retail, political, and nonprofit organizations.
Tammy found a passion for guns when she took her 1 class. Since then Tammy has logged 4,000+ hours of training, competitions, and matches around the country. She has competed in AASA (American Action Shooting Association) and IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association). Her commitment is to educate safety in gun training and ownership, engage individuals in the fun sport of shooting, and at the same time bring the excitement of knowing you are empowered to protect you and your family. Tammy’s on-going mission is to empower and engage individuals in firearm training. She feels that once the passion is presented through proper safety training and firearm knowledge more people will benefit from owning a firearm.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be canceled no later than 15 days prior to the day of class. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposits.
Reschedule Policy
1840 INC understands life is unpredictable if you need to reschedule a class, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule; preferably no later than 15 days before class to avoid loss of deposit. Exceptions will be considered, on a case by case basis.
Refund Policy
If a course is canceled 15 days before the class, students will be refunded the full amount of the course. If cancellation is made within 15 days, the student may forfeit a refund.
