Description
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE TEXTING, CALLING OR EMAILING FOR INFORMATION!
This course consists of 8 hours of classroom lecture and instruction. It includes the following areas: Legal issues, handgun nomenclature, firearms safety, handgun fundamentals, marksmanship fundamentals, presentation techniques, cleaning and maintenance, ammunition and proficiency drills.
PLEASE DO NOT BEING A FIREARM TO THE CLASSROOM PORTION.
A limited number of students will be able to qualify at the range the afternoon of the class. The majority of students will qualify the following day. Students have SECEN business days to arrange to qualify. You may use your firearm OR one of ours to qualify.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FIREARM OF YOUR OWN PLEASE BRING AT LEAST 50 ROUNDS OF .22LR AMMO OR BE PREPARED TO PURCHASE AMMO IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.

Expectations and Outcomes
At the end of this class the student will have the knowledge and skill to qualify for the state of North Carolina Concealed Carry Handgun Permit.

THIS COURSE IS ONLY VALID for N.C. RESIDENTS APPLYING FOR THEIR NC CCH PERMIT THROUGH THEIR COUNTY SHERIFF.
Requirements
If you would like to qualify with your personally owned firearm please bring it otherwise you may borrow one of ours.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FIREARM OF YOUR OWN PLEASE BRING AT LEAST 50 ROUNDS OF .22LR AMMO OR BE PREPARED TO PURCHASE AMMO IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.
YOU MUST BRING EYE/EAR PROTECTION (PPE) OR BE PREPARED TO RENT/PURCHASE PPE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.
Please wear pants, a long sleeve shirt and closed toed shoes as these will help protect you from possible injury.
YOU MUST ARRANGE TO QUALIFY WITH YOUR CLASS OR INDIVIDUALLY WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR CLASS OR YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR ANOTHER CLASS.
