Basic - NRA Personal Protection In The Home Complete Instructor Course. After passing this course you will have earned the privilege of become a Certified NRA PPITH Instructor *requires paying NRA Credentialing fee.
Duration: 17 hours over two days. - Sat is 5 hrs in classroom & 3 hrs on the range. Sun is 6hrs in classroom & 3 hrs on the range.

Description
Instructor Candidates MUST be a current NRA Pistol Instructor and have taken NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) within last 2 years.
BIT classes are available to attend.
Once you register I will contact you to get some information so I can register you on the NRA's website for the course.2

Documentation Requirements
Instructor Candidates MUST be a current NRA Pistol Instructor and WILL BE REQUIRED to provide proof of current NRA Instructor Candidates will be required to fill out and sign our WAIVER.
Instructor Candidateswill be emailed;
- Sample NRA Instructor target to print and practice with
- NRA Instructor Questionnaire
Requirements
- Your Gun. Minimum caliber is .380 Auto. (Rentals are available if you don not have a gun yet).
- 250 rounds of factory ammo for your gun. Reloaded ammo is not allowed.
- Minimum of 2 magazines for Semi-Auto or 3 Speed Loaders for Revolvers. (3 magazines or 4 Speed Loaders is best)
- Closed Toe Shoes. No open sandals or flip-flops are allowed.
Holsters are not a requirement.
