Read Instructor Policies

Cancellation Policy
A Student may cancel a class or training by contacting us at (602) 616-3981 via text or phone. Date and time we receive cancellation will determine the amount refunded as there are Range Fees that we incur (See Refund Policy).
If WE cancel a class or training at any time or for any reason, a 100% refund will be given.
100% of enrollment is refundable if we receive notification of cancellation at least 8 days, prior to class or training.
If we are notified of a cancellation within 72 hours to 7 days, prior to class or training, a 50% refund will be issued. There will be NO refunds given if a registrant cancels with less than 72 hours before the class or training start time and date. No refunds will be given for No-Shows.

Reschedule Policy
Any class or training may be resheduled to the next available, as long as there is room to do so. There is no resheduling after a No-Show.
