Description
Teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for personal defense.
Topics Covered
Course topics include: Firearm Safety and Legal Consideration (Mandatory), Pistol Nomenclature and Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense, Basic Defensive Pistol Skills, Drawing from Concealment, Loading and Stoppage Remediation, Mindset, Carry Modes and Pistol Concealment, Firearm Cleaning, and Sport Shooting and Training Activities.
Expectations and Outcomes
Participant will gain the basic knowledge and skills to carry a conceal pistol for personal defense. Successfully completion participant will receive a training certificate and training document of proof of competency on the range.
