Description
Student should know and be able to perform all aspects of safe firearm handing, loading, and unloading, malfunction clearing.
This course is designed to introduce the intermediate or advanced shooter to the art of defensive shooting and unconventional pistol shooting positions.
Students are expected to arrive 30 minutes before start time for set up and range safety briefing.
Students should be able to move freely, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time.

Requirements
EQUIPMENT LIST:
-Quality functional semi-automatic pistol
-5 magazines minimum
-Minimum of 500 rounds of quality ammunition.
- 5 rounds of dummy ammunition
-Belt mounted holster / kydex holster —PLEASE NO flimsy nylon or cloth holsters. NO BLACKHAWK SERPA, UNCLE MIKE'S, FOBUS, or ALIEN GEAR, holsters.
We do not allow ankle, small of the back, or shoulder holsters.
We recommend: Blackpoint Tactical, Black Center Tactical, 508 Holsters, Dark Star Gear, C&G Holsters, Raven Concealment, G-Code, or Concealment Express.
-Magazine or loading device pouches / magazine carrier, etc.
-Sturdy belt at least 1.5” wide
-Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning with good ankle support.
-Clothing suitable for training in any weather – long pants – long sleeve shirt, hoodie or jacket for cold weather.
-Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses
-Earmuffs and earplugs
-Notebook and pen for note taking
-Humble willing to learn attitude
