Take the Next Step Toward Responsible and Confident Concealed Carry

Whether you're applying for a new New York State Concealed Carry Permit or transitioning from a home/businees permit, this comprehensive training program provides the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to carry safely, legally, and responsibly.

This class satisfies the minimum training requirements established by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) and New York State Police. Students will receive 16 hours of classroom instruction and 2 hours of live-fire range training, covering everything from firearm safety fundamentals to real-world concealed carry considerations.

• New York and federal firearm laws
• Concealed carry best practices and situational awareness
• Conflict avoidance and de-escalation techniques
• Use-of-force and self-defense laws
• Interactions with law enforcement
• Range safety and marksmanship fundamentals
• Safe drawing, loading, unloading, and firearm operation
• Live-fire exercises designed to build confidence and proficiency

Students will complete a hands-on live-fire training session and proficiency assessment under the supervision of qualified instructors.
