Description
A practical, family-centered day inspired by the resilience, initiative, mutual responsibility and adaptability demonstrated by Israeli
civilians and communities on October 7. The program is not “warrior training.” It prepares ordinary civilians to recognize danger, make
sound decisions under stress, protect and account for family members, provide lifesaving care, communicate, evacuate and adapt
when the original plan fails.

Expectations and Outcomes
- Recognize changing conditions and make decisions despite incomplete information.
- Control life-threatening bleeding and provide basic emergency first aid until professional help arrives.
- Create a practical 24–72-hour family preparedness, communications and go-bag plan.
- Respond to active violence, crowd disorder and evacuation challenges with an emphasis on avoidance, escape, shelter and family
- cohesion.
- Apply the day's skills in an integrated, non-combat family crisis simulation.
