Description
So you got your concealed carry permit? But are you confident in your ability to actually use your weapon to defend yourself under stress?
This class is for anyone who already has their concealed carry permit, or is planning to get it in the future, that wants to develop the mindset, skills, and attitude to make carrying a firearm part of their lifestyle, and who strives to develop their confidence in being an effective and capable armed defender.
This is a 2 day course, including classroom instruction, scenarios training on our firearms training simulator, as well as live fire practice & instruction on the range. Please note, this is NOT a concealed carry qualification course. It is not required to already have your permit to participate in this course.

Expectations and Outcomes
After completing this course, students will have a better understanding of the mindset, knowledge, and skills needed to be a capable & effective armed defender. They will have an opportunity to assess their defensive shooting skills against a measureable standard, and will gain better insights into their personal capabilities and areas for continued development and training moving forward.

Requirements
What to Bring:
- Appropriate range attire (closed toed shoes, no v-neck or tank top shirts)
- Eye/ear protection (electronic preferred)
- Pistol in good working order (mid-full sized gun recommended)
- High quality concealment holster (appendix or strong side carry) with appropriate belt. No shoulder holsters, collapsable belly band, “Uncle Mike’s” or “Serpa” style holsters. A good kydex holster is preferred.
- 2-3 additional magazines/magazine carrier
- Ammunition (300 rounds)
- Note-taking materials
- Water/beverage/snacks
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Rain gear as appropriate
