Description
The Ladies First Course is a women-only firearms training program designed to empower students with the skills, confidence, and mindset necessary for personal protection and responsible gun ownership.
This course combines hands-on firearms instruction, situational awareness, and real-world self-defense scenarios in a supportive, safe environment. Students will practice marksmanship fundamentals, firearm safety, defensive shooting, and range etiquette. A
ll training is conducted on private, secure ranges within Northern Virginia, conveniently located near Haymarket, VA.

Documentation Requirements
Students must bring a valid photo ID. Email confirmation will include range location, directions, and class checklist.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Firearm: 9mm, .40, or .45 caliber pistol (*9mm guns included in course cost, students are encouraged to bring their own but not necessary)
Ammunition: 100–150 rounds per studen (available for purchase on-site if needed)
Eye and ear protection
- Clothing suitable for range safety and movement
- No Serpa Holsters
