The Performance Matrix is an advanced live-fire pistol course that challenges shooters to balance precision, performance, and pressure. This immersive 6-hour program pushes beyond static drills and transforms your shooting into measurable, repeatable excellence.
Led by Lead Instructor Nate Bearfield, a nationally certified firearms instructor and Range Master graduate, students learn to identify skill gaps, apply corrective techniques, and perform consistently under stress. Ideal for concealed carriers, armed professionals, and competitive shooters, this course blends data-driven performance analysis, real-world defensive tactics, and mental conditioning for elite-level results.

Documentation Requirements
Students must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID).
A Concealed Carry Weapons Permit is not required but recommended.
Registered students will receive a confirmation email containing range directions and additional course instructions.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Quality semi-automatic handgun (9mm, .40, or .45 caliber recommended)
200–250 rounds of factory ammunition
Two magazines minimum
OWB holster that fully covers the trigger guard
Magazine carrier and sturdy belt
Eye and ear protection
Closed-toe footwear and range-appropriate attire
Notebook and pen for performance tracking
