Description
Unfortunately no place is immune from an evil attack. However, with a plan of prevention and a plan of action, attacks can be stopped before they start, and lives can be saved.
We can come to your place of business or worship and evaluate potential security concerns and help you identify ways to reduce any threats. We will then take your team through drills to practice what to do if an attack happens, and how to protect themselves and those around them.
Topics Covered
Evaluation of building and activities
Planning to prevent an attack - Effective plan in place
How to react to an attack
How to properly barricade doors/windows
Best strategies for exiting a building in an emergency
Methods of distraction and fighting back
How to gain control of the situation
How to respond to Police Response
Stop the Bleed/Emergency Go Bucket Materials/Contingency plan for lengthy lockdown
Expectations and Outcomes
The expectation is that there will be an effective evaluation of potential safety breaches and a plan to correct them. Students will have an understanding of their role in the event of an attack, and how to react to protect themselves and others. Help develop an effective Emergency Action Plan to put in place.
