BYRNA TRAIN THE TRAINER INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION

Description

This 8-hour training course is designed and offered to law enforcement officers, private security officers, corrections officers, and military personnel seeking to become an END USER trainer of the Byrna series of .68 cal launchers. The train-the-trainer (T3) course was developed to guide present-day law enforcement, private security, corrections, military, and civilian instructors who are interested in training others in the use of the ‘less-lethal technology’ provided by Byrna.

This course is broken down into five modules, each with specific terminal learning objectives designed to ensure the trainer has a comprehensive understanding and is capable of conveying the correct knowledge and proper application, of the Byrna platform. The first four modules constitute the “Byrna LE+PS Certification Course”, that the newly certified trainers will utilize to certify officers at their respective agencies. Module five is used only during the Train-the-Trainer (T3) course.
