Description
The Personal Protection Outside the Home course is an advanced defensive firearms training program designed for responsible gun owners who are ready to take their personal safety skills to the next level. This comprehensive course builds upon foundational firearm knowledge and introduces practical tactics for real-world self-defense situations encountered outside the home.
Participants will learn how to recognize and avoid threats, respond effectively under stress, and engage in defensive shooting techniques suitable for concealed carry. The course covers situational awareness, legal considerations for the use of force, defensive mindset, and safe carry methods. Live-fire drills emphasize movement, use of cover, engaging multiple threats, and shooting from various positions.

Documentation Requirements
All Students will need to bring the following:
Current CA State DL / ID card
CA Firearm Safety Card or CCW license.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Please bring the following:
- Concealed Carry Pistol (Semi-auto or Revolver)
- Holster with retention
- 300 Rounds of ammo for the firearm you will use during live fire qualification
- Eye and ear protection
- Pen and notepad
- If you are applying for Multi-State CCW, you need two (2) Passport-style photos (you will need one before mailing your application package)
