Cancellation Policy
Please be sure you know and understand our return/refund policy prior to purchasing.
For Students Cancelling:
All courses of live instruction are non-refundable. You can however transfer or defer the training to another date and/or course (one time) within 12 months of your original purchase. The deferment or transfer must be accomplished in writing (email is preferred) five days prior to the start date of the original training. If you choose a different more expensive course, you are simply responsible for the price difference. Students who fail to show up on the day of class without any prior notice or a legitimate emergency may forfeit the above options.
Act of God Clause:
If an Act of God causes the cancellation and/or rescheduling of a course of live instruction, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or other natural disaster, the course will be rescheduled within 90 days of the original course date if possible. If Reticent Warrior Tactics cannot reschedule the course of live instruction within that time frame, students will be give a voucher to attend any course of the same value of their choosing within 12 months from the original course date.
If a student misses a course of live instruction due to the inability to travel from their location due to an act of God, they will be given a voucher for a future course within 12 months of the original course date. If there is not a future course scheduled within 12 months, the student’s voucher will be honored until such time that Reticent Warrior Tactics can schedule another or similar course of live instruction.
Reticent Warrior Tactics Cancelling:
In the rare event that Reticent Warrior Tactics must cancel a course of live instruction, students will be notified as soon as possible. Students will be given the option of either a full refund or to move to another course of the same value on a different date.
