Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

MUST be put in writing via email. Our email address is carrydefense@aol.com.

If you cancel your scheduled class date 72 hours before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee,

however, the deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE. Any notice less than 72 hours will

require a $50.00 rescheduling fee in addition to any balance owed

with the exception of the courses listed below.

Rescheduling Policy

We allow ONE courtesy reschedule providing we received a minimum 72 hour notice.

THIS IS NOT VALID FOR NO-SHOWS and does not apply to the Defensive Handgun Level I, II and III courses,

Unarmed Defensive Tactics Course and Instructor Course.

No Show Policy

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled class without canceling or rescheduling 72 hours.

in advance of their scheduled class date, any money paid will be forfeited and the student will

need to start the registration process from the beginning.
