Read Instructor Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of course start time are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling within 24-hrs of course start time is subject to a $50 fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if instructor cancels the course, or student cancells prior to 24hrs out from start time.
Other Policy
If your weapon malfunctions during the course and disables you from completing the training, an opportunity to reschedule will be afforded.
