Waiver
By registering and attending any classes customer agrees to waive any and all liability and hold harmless The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., its officers, members, employees, volunteers; any owner, manager, employees of the classroom training facility; and any owners, officers, board members, managers, employees, members and volunteers of any indoor or outdoor gun ranges secured for training use by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., on account of any injury, illness, death or damage that may result from customer's use of the classroom, equipment, firearms or gun range facilities.
Customer acknowledges and understands that shooting activites are dangerous and involve risks. Customer agrees to assume all responsibility and legal fees associated with these risks which could result in damage to property and serious physical or emotional injury, including paralysis or death, to others or myself.
Customer further acknowledges that The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, customers will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. A person attending an event held by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., in writing of his/her intentions. By participating in an event by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. or by failing to notify The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC. from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
As state above there will be no live ammunition in customer's possession, in customer's gun, in customer's magazines, in customer's gun case, customer's gun holster or on customer's person during classroom training and that only dummy rounds or snap caps will be used during classroom training. Customer's failure to abide by this rule will result in an immediate removal of customer from the class without refund.
Customer agrees to abide by all the rules of hosting gun range secured by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., and all laws of the state where training will be taking place. Customer's failure to do this shall result in customer being immediately removed from the class without refund.
By attending any class by The Girl Behind The Gun, LLC., you agree that you have read all the website / class information and agree to the policies and information therein.
