Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the planning, resources, and expenses involved in scheduling our courses, we do NOT offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations create significant inconvenience and costs that cannot be recovered. Please ensure your availability before registering. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible individual with prior notice.

Reschedule Policy
There are NO refunds however we do allow rescheduling to a future class. In order to reschedule you must provide notification of your desire to reschedule by email or phone within ONE day of the scheduled course.
