Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy

At DMB Ballistics LLC, we strive to provide the best training experience for our students. To ensure smooth operation and accommodate all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by DMB Ballistics LLC:
- In the event that DMB Ballistics LLC needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
No-Show Policy:
- Students who do not show up for the scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
- In cases of severe weather or other natural events, DMB Ballistics LLC may need to cancel or reschedule classes for the safety of participants. Students will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of DMB Ballistics LLC management.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made if we cancel a class. If a patron cannot attend the class they signed up for. They will be given full credit to another class of comparable value. No-shows without prior notice will not be given any such credit.

Right to Refuse Firearms Training to Unsafe Students

Policy Statement: DMB Ballistics LLC is dedicated to providing participants with a safe and effective learning environment. We reserve the right to refuse firearms training to any student whose behavior or actions are deemed unsafe or disruptive in accordance with our commitment to safety and the well-being of all individuals involved in our programs.

Criteria for Refusal: Firearms training may be refused to students who exhibit any of the following behaviors:

Unsafe Handling of Firearms: Demonstrating a lack of basic firearm safety knowledge or refusing to adhere to safety protocols, you will get NO warning for this.
Disruptive Behavior: Actions that interfere with the learning environment, such as verbal or physical aggression or failure to follow instructions.
Impairment: Participation in training while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment and coordination.
Non-compliance: Refusal to comply with instructor directives, training guidelines, or organizational policies.

Procedure:

Initial Assessment: Instructors will assess the student's behavior and adherence to safety protocols throughout the training session.
Warning: If unsafe or disruptive behavior is observed, the student will receive a verbal warning outlining the specific behavior that needs to be corrected.
Documentation: The instructor will document the incident and the warning provided.
Immediate Dismissal: If the unsafe or disruptive behavior continues or poses an immediate risk to the safety of others, the student will be asked to leave the training session immediately.
Review: The training center management will review the incident to determine if the student will be allowed to participate in future training sessions.
