NO REFUND will be issued for any reason.

Late Arrival Policy – Classroom & Range Sessions
To ensure safety, fairness, and quality of training, all students are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Classroom Training
Students who arrive late WILL NOT be permitted to join the class.
Late students must reschedule for the next available training session, based on seat availability.
No Exceptions.
Range Sessions
Students must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled range time and MUST call/text to check in once they have arrived to meet the instructor.
Late arrival is strictly prohibited. Students arriving late will not be allowed to participate.
Late students may reschedule based on class size and instructor availability.
If a student still wishes to continue their session after arriving late, an additional $50 late continuation fee will be charged. NO EXCEPTION.
Class Enrollment Policy
Classes require a minimum of 3 students to run. If less than 3 student course would be rescheduled.
Group Training Rates Policy
Group rates must be paid in full at the time of registration.
No partial refunds will be issued for students who cancel or do not attend.
A minimum of 5 registered students is required for group training to be conducted.
Additional students beyond 10 must be approved by the instructor and will be billed separately.
No Call / No Show Policy
No Call / No Show: Students who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit all fees paid and are not eligible for rescheduling
Emergencies: Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies at the instructor’s discretion.

Online/Blended CoursesAll online and blended eLearning course must be completed within 24 hours of the in-person session with the instructor.
Student Testing and Qualification Requirements
Written Examination:
Students must achieve a minimum score of 90% on all written examinations. Any student scoring below 90% will receive remediation and may retest one additional time.
Practical Skills Assessment:
Before participating in live-fire activities, students must successfully complete all hands-on practical exercises. This requirement ensures every student demonstrates safe firearm-handling skills prior to entering the range.
Range Qualification:
Students are provided two attempts to successfully complete the range qualification. If a student does not pass after two attempts, they must schedule remediation before being permitted to requalify. Each student is allowed a total of four attempts to pass the range qualification.
Safety Violations:
Any violation of range safety rules during qualification results in an automatic failure. The student must return at a later date, complete remediation, and schedule a new qualification attempt.
