Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds on cancellations within 48 hour window of class.
No refunds on No Shows
50% booking fee retained on all classes and is non-refundable. 50% refund on classes cancelled prior to the 48 hour window leading up to class will be issued as store credit to use towards future classes or to use in store.

Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule, please contact the instructor directly to reschedule. Reschedules would need to be approved by the instructor prior to the 48 hour window before class. Please be advised that not all classes are taught on a frequent basis, so you may have to wait until another class of that nature is posted to be reschedule. Please note, some classes are taught by specific instructors, and would not be available for reschedule until that instructor books that class at a different date at this facility. All reschedules would need to be approved by the instructor teaching the class.

Refund Policy
No refunds within a 48 hour window of class. There is a 50% non-refundable booking fee for all classes any cancellations prior to the 48 hour window would be subject to the retention of the 50% booking fee, any remaining funds would be issued to the student as a store credit to use towards future classes or in store.

Waiver
All students will be required to sign a class specific waiver. Students will not be allowed to continue with class if they do not sign the waiver. Students who are not able to continue with class due to refusal to sign the waiver, will not be issued a refund or store credit.
