Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Students are required to cancel at least 5 days in advance of a class date in order to receive a 95% refund. Classes cancelled less than 5 days before the class will not be refunded.

If the class needs to be cancelled due to weather Forge Tactics will make every effort to reschedule students to another date for the same class. If we cannot find a suitable date we will provide a full refund.

Reschedule Policy
If a student needs to reschedule they must notify Forge Tactics via E-Mail at least 5 days in advance of scheduled class date. Student will be offered a spot in the next available same class. If we cannot accommodate an agreeable reschedule date student will receive a 50% refund.
Classes rescheduled less than 5 days before the class will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Cancellations 6-30 days from scheduled class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations more than a month away from the scheduled class will receive a 95% refund.

Other Policy
Until further notice we have banned the Sig Sauer P320 and all variants of the P320 in our classes and on our range.

Waiver
Please print and sign a waiver for each student using the links below. If you are bringing anynoe under the age of 18 make sure to use the waiver with a minor included. If you do not have the capability to sign the waiver electronically I will have some printed out at the beginning of class. This waiver must be complete prior to class start.
