Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

a. If you wish to cancel your order or training session, please notify us as soon as possible.

b. Cancellations made [14 days] before the scheduled training session will be eligible for a full refund.

c. Cancellations made within [7 days] of the scheduled training session may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

d. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 or after the scheduled training session.

Reschedule Policy

Changes and Rescheduling:

a. If you need to reschedule a training session, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
b. Only one reschedule is allowed per course/training registration. After one reschedule, the student forfeits the seat and any refund/associated costs and will need to do a new registration.

c. We reserve the right to make changes to the training schedule, trainer, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternative arrangements or a refund if the session cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

a. To request a refund for a canceled training session, please contact our customer service and provide the necessary details, such as your order number and reason for cancellation.

b. Refunds will be processed within [5 business days] after approval, and the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, here are some things to look into.

1. Double-check your bank account to make sure the funds aren't present or aren't scheduled to post on a later date.
2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Other Policy

Age policy:

Lioness Defense welcomes students in our adult classes starting at age 12, as long as they operate within the confines of the safety rules and are attentive. Parents and Guardians must be present and sign a waiver of liability for their minor children. Our KidZone program is designed for children aged 5 to 11. Our program is designed to present realistic scenarios and events that your child may encounter. It focuses on safe actions when they come in contact with a gun, firearm safety rules, and more.
