Cancellation Policy

If MDTTactics Training Group may cancel and reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances—such as facility issues, instructor availability, safety concerns, or low enrollment—students will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Students will be offered the option to transfer into the next available class at no additional cost.
  • MDTTactics Training Group is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation (travel, lodging, childcare, etc.).
 
Reschedule Policy

Student-Initiated Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If a student needs to reschedule their training, the request must meet the following requirements:

1. Rescheduling Deadline

Students must submit their reschedule request no later than 72 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • All reschedule requests must be approved by the instructor before they are confirmed.

2. Emergency Exceptions

If a student is unable to attend due to a documented emergency, they may be eligible for an exception.

  • Please refer to the Emergency Policy for details on what qualifies and what documentation may be required.

3. Reschedule Window

All rescheduled training must be completed within 60 days of the original class date.

  • Students who do not complete their training within this 60-day window will forfeit all payments, and a new registration will be required.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the class start time (and not related to an approved emergency) will be treated as no-shows.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Refund Policy

All payments made to MDTTactics Training Group are non-refundable.

 

Other Policy

No-Shows

Students who do not attend their scheduled class without providing prior notice are considered no-shows.

  • No-shows forfeit all payments.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or future attendance for that class session.

Late Arrivals

To maintain safety, course integrity, and a smooth learning environment, students must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Students who arrive at the start time or after are considered late and will be denied entry.
  • Late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Returning Late From Breaks

Students are expected to return from breaks and lunch on time.

  • Returning late from any break will be treated as a no-show, and the student will not be permitted to continue the class.
  • No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

Emergency Exceptions

MDTTactics Training Group may, at its discretion, waive fees or offer rescheduling accommodations for documented emergencies such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions

Documentation may be requested.

Transfers & Substitutions

  • Students may request to transfer their seat to another person at no additional cost, provided the replacement meets all course prerequisites.
  • All substitutions must be approved at least 72 hours before class.

Participant Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver

I, [Participant Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of participating in training conducted by MDTTactics Training Group:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand and affirm that my participation in this training is entirely voluntary and undertaken of my own free will.

2. Assumption of Risk

I recognize that training activities may involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains or sprains
  • Slips, trips, or falls
  • Accidental contact injuries
  • Other unforeseen incidents that may result in serious harm

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless [Facility Name] / MDTTactics Training Group, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage I may sustain while participating in this training, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Acknowledgment of Policies

I acknowledge that I have received, read, and fully understand all MDTTactics Training Group policies, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation Policy
  • Rescheduling Policy
  • Refund Policy
  • Emergency Policy
  • General Terms and Conditions

I agree to comply with all policies and understand that failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payments or dismissal from training.

5. Acceptance of Terms

I affirm that I have read and understand this waiver in its entirety, and I voluntarily agree to its terms without coercion or misrepresentation.
