Cancellation Policy
TO HAVE AN INTERACTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, CLASSES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 8 PARTICIPANTS, EXCEPT FOR "PRIVATE" CLASSES. IF WE DO NOT HAVE 8 PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AND RE-SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS.
If we must cancel a class, your deposit or prepayment will be transferred to the next class or subsequent classes by mutual agreement.
If you cancel a class by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, we will move you to the next class one time, and there will be a $10 surcharge. If you do not attend that next class, all fees paid shall be forfeited, and a new registration will be required.
Should you not attend a scheduled class and not notify us, all fees paid shall be forfeited, and there will be no credit towards a future class, as we incur advance expenses for each student.
