Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are nonrefundable except in the event Northpointe Training, LLC cancels a course and is unable to provide a replacement course date or alternative course option.
Students who are unable to attend a scheduled course due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance may request to transfer their registration to another Northpointe Training, LLC course. Requests must be submitted by email no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date.
Requests received less than seven (7) days before the class will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of Northpointe Training, LLC.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notification will be considered a no show and will forfeit their registration fee.
If Northpointe Training, LLC must cancel or reschedule a course due to severe weather, instructor illness, facility issues, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to a replacement course date or apply their registration fee toward another Northpointe Training, LLC course.
A student's inability to attend a replacement course date does not automatically qualify for a refund.
If Northpointe Training, LLC cancels a course and does not offer a replacement course date or alternative course option, students will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
Reschedule Policy
Approved class transfers must be used within six (6) months of the original class date or the registration fee will be forfeited.
Students are permitted one (1) reschedule per registration. If a student reschedules a course and subsequently cancels, reschedules again, or fails to attend the rescheduled course, no additional transfers, credits, or refunds will be granted.
Class transfers are nontransferable and may only be used by the originally registered student unless otherwise approved by Northpointe Training, LLC.
Refund Policy
Course registration fees are nonrefundable except when Northpointe Training, LLC cancels a course and is unable to provide a replacement course date or alternative course option.
Refunds will not be issued for student cancellations, scheduling conflicts, missed classes, late arrivals, failure to meet course requirements, no shows, or removal from a course for safety or conduct violations.
Students who are removed from a course for unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructor directions, or violations of range or facility rules are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
Gift Certificates and eGift Certificates are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift Certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Other Policy
Student Conduct & Safety Policy
Students are expected to follow all instructor directions, range commands, and safety rules at all times. Safety is the highest priority in every Northpointe Training, LLC course.
Any intentional unsafe act, reckless behavior, impairment, disruptive conduct, harassment, or refusal to follow instructor directions may result in immediate removal from the course and/or range.
Students removed for safety or conduct violations are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or future enrollment privileges.
Northpointe Training, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any student whose behavior compromises the safety, learning environment, or well being of others
