Cancellation Policy

Registration for participation in this training class requires prepayment. For a full refund, less 3% for merchant fees, the participant must notify by texting, calling or emailing the Instructor at least 7 days prior to the training event. If at least 24 hour notice is given, the participant will be granted the ability to apply their payment to a future class. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation forfeits any payments and does not guarantee participation in a future training event. Any exceptions to the cancellation policy will be on a case-by-case basis at the Instructor's full discretion.

Reschedule Policy
Call/text/email instructor with as much notice as possible, if less than 24 hour notice you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Refund Policy
