Your information is private and not accessible to anyone at any time, other than the instructor for whose class you are registering. If the instructor determines that you do not meet the requirements, your credit card will be automatically refunded.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be fair while ensuring that our classes remain organized and efficient. Please review the following cancellation policy for our courses:

Student Cancellations
• 7 or more days prior to class: Students may cancel for a full refund or request to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge.
• 3–6 days prior to class: Students may reschedule one time at no additional charge. Cancellations during this window are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of class / No-shows: No refunds will be issued. Students may request to be placed in a future class at 50% of the course fee.

Company Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to weather, range availability, instructor emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to:
• Transfer into a future class at no additional cost, or
• Receive a full refund of the class fee.

Late Arrivals

Classes begin promptly. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted (instructor's discretion), for safety and training standard reasons, and will be treated as a no-show under this policy.

Special Considerations
• Students who cannot attend due to verified military orders, medical emergencies, or jury duty may transfer into a future class at no charge.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or message) for recordkeeping.

Waiver

In exchange for usage of property and/or participation of courses of Rack and Rifle Defense Group, I/We agree to the following:

I/We agree to all rules and regulations of Rack and Rifle Defense Group (referred to in this document as RRDG), and in particular the posted rules and warnings, and further agree to any oral or written instructions given by R&R while participating in an courses offered by RRDG.
I/We agree and fully understand that there are certain inherent risks in the use of any RRDG property while courses or related activities are being conducted. I/We assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and minor family members and further release and discharge RRDG, its Owners, Instructors, and Staff from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of the undersigned's participation in any courses held by RRDG.
I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRDG and further to defend RRDG from any and all damages, judgements or causes of action and related fees which may arise out of my use of the property, and/or participation of courses by RRDG.
I/We agree that whether I am acting as a participant, or spectator, I/We am responsible for my own personal safety and well-being while participating in any courses held by RRDG.
If disputes arise that are related to this document, then the parties shall negotiate and, if such negotiations do not result in a conclusion, then the matter shall be resolved by arbitration/mediation.
I/We agree that I/We have reviewed this document and agree with its contents and that I/We have not been forced to execute this document. If under 18 years of age, must be signed by a parent.

I/We have read and understand this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms at all times while participating in any course held by Rack and Rifle Defense Group.
