Cancellation Policy
Scheduled Classes & Workshops
If a student cancels 10 days or more before class, they may choose:
-
A credit toward another available B2 Defense Training class within 12 months, or
-
A refund to the original payment method, minus applicable non-refundable deposits, third-party range or facility fees, and service or processing fees.
Issued credits are non-refundable.
Cancellations received less than 10 days before class are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise approved by B2 Defense Training.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
Private Lessons
Private lessons require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and any other prepaid amounts.
B2 Defense Training Cancellations
If B2 Defense Training cancels a class or event, students may choose to transfer to another available class, receive a credit valid for 12 months, or request a refund of eligible tuition or deposits.
Third-party range, facility, service, or processing fees are refundable only to the extent those fees are returned to B2 Defense Training.
Weather & Facility Changes
Classes may continue during rain or changing weather when training can be conducted safely. Students should not assume a class is cancelled without notification.
If weather, range conditions, or facility availability require cancellation or rescheduling, affected students may choose a credit or refund of eligible tuition or deposits if they cannot attend the new date.
Course-Specific Terms
Private groups, special events, and individual courses may have separate cancellation terms. Those terms take precedence when provided at booking.

All participants must follow fundamental firearms safety rules, instructor and Range Safety Officer directions, range commands, B2 Defense Training policies, host facility requirements, and class-specific procedures.
Safety procedures will be reviewed before training begins.
B2 Defense Training reserves the right to stop participation or remove anyone for unsafe firearm handling, failure to follow instructions, disruptive behavior, or violations of safety rules or procedures.
Removal decisions are made at the discretion of the lead instructor.
Participants removed for safety or conduct violations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling, except where required by law.
Impairment
Participants may not handle firearms or participate in live-fire training while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, cannabis, medication, or any substance affecting judgment, coordination, alertness, or safe participation.
Instructors and Range Safety Officers may remove anyone they believe cannot safely participate.
Firearms & Equipment
All firearms and equipment must be safe, functional, and appropriate for the class. Specific equipment requirements will be provided with individual course information.
Students should contact B2 Defense Training before purchasing equipment specifically for a class if they are uncertain about its suitability.
Waivers & Facility Requirements
Participants may be required to complete B2 Defense Training or host-facility waivers before participating.
