Description
The handgun level 1 course benefits those citizens who carry a handgiun for personal protection. The curriculum is developed in a "crawl, walk, run" format, so even those with little to no experience will understnad the principles presented. Topics such as Michigan self-defense law, basic and advanced drills, retention, and trauma care will be covered during the course.

Expectations and Outcomes
Upon completion the student will have a better understanding and far more experience of their skills and abilities utilizing thier self defense handgun. Students will take away skills, drills and concepts they can continue to use and hone thier skills. Students will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
