This is not range practice. This is life-saving skill training– for the skills that decide who PREVAILS.
Course Overview
2-Day Intensive | Pro-Level Instruction | Zero Compromise
Once the fight is forced upon you, there is no second place. You must win.
This course arms you with THE Critical Carry Skills and mindset required to prevail during a life and death incident. Taught by Real World experienced professionals, every drill is engineered to transform deliberate actions into instinctive, efficient responses.
If you demand speed, precision, and the ability to operate your handgun like an extension of you– this is your course.

- Legal use of force (Article 35 – NY deadly force law)
- Verbal commands that de-escalate or dominate

This course is designed to develop YOU into a more skilled, more capable, and more aware CCW-er. You WILL be better, faster, and more accurate by the end of this course.
Required Equipment
- Semi-auto handgun in defensive caliber (9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP)
- Strong-side belt holster (waist-mounted preferred) IWB, AIWB permitted
- A belt or secure holster mounting system (ie: Engima, etc)
- Minimum 3 magazines + holder
- Eye & ear protection
- Brimmed hat
- 800-1000 rounds of quality factory ammunition
- Weather-appropriate clothing & sturdy footwear
- Water, lunch, snacks
- Sunscreen, bug spray, etc.
NOTE: As of 4/4/2012, ANY holster requiring the trigger finger to release the firearm (e.g., Blackhawk SERPA) is prohibited in all Rochester Personal Defense, LLC courses and events. Details: safeinrochester.com/serpa.php
Club Use Fee: $40 – payable on Day 1 to club contact or lead instructor.

- Completion of a basic CCW/fundamental course
- Total comfort and familiarity with your handgun This is not a beginner course. You must already know your firearm.

The attendee will become more familiar with their pistol. By the end of the course, they will also know what they need to continue to work on during practice and what their strengths are.
An AWESOME certificate of successful completion will be given to all who finish.
