Description
This course will be a two day introduction to the basics of long range precision shooting. You will be taught by current and former Active Duty military that also shoot competitively in their free time in various long range disciplines. The emphasis on the course being to make you as an individual proficient in hitting a target out to the distance your rifle is capable of.
This course is meant to teach you how to be a proficient long range shooter with what you have. If you have questions about your rifle, optics, equipment, or ammunition prior to the course, please email Kyle @KHeliteoutdoors@protonmail.com. We have some equipment on hand to help out/try out if needed or desired, but not enough to outfit an entire class. Please let us know in advance if you need something so that we can try to get the issue resolved in time.

By the end of the course you will have acheived the basics of how to properly engage a known distance target with the rifle you train on.
Once completed, you will receive a certification from Elite Outdoors LLC stating completion of Long Range Marksmanship 101.

Requirements
Minimum equipment needed:
-Rifle capable of ~1 inch groups at 100 yards
-Variable power scope
-Bipod
-Rear support bag for shooting
-Kestrel with Applied Ballistics or phone based ballistic application
-MIL/MOA reticle preffered but not required - if you have reliably tracking scope with a duplex reticle and the ability to dial on the fly we can show you how to make it work
- 200 rounds of ammunition
