Description

Each student will and understand the Maryland laws for purchasing a firearm and also wearing and carrying the firearm. Student will be taught from the beginning of firearm safety all the way to hoslter retention. 

We will be doing some scenario base training and also will be reinacting the the scenario's as it pertains to each law that has been described. We will learn the fundementals of firearm safety to advance situational awareness. We will touch on the specific details of the constitution as it pertains to the rights that each civilian has and how it will pertain to an active/defensive shooting. 

Student will be taught how to disaseemble/field strip their firearm to be clean and reassembled, to function test it before putting live round through it.

Expectations and Outcomes

Once the class has ended, each student will be prepared to complete their appication for the wear and carry permit with the Maryland State Police  Licensing Division (MSP)

Documentation Requirements

Must be 21 year or older with a valid State Identification. 
Student can bring a pen and paper to take notes.
Each student must also have an openess and williness to learning in a fun enviorment setting. Each student is expected to participate in the active training and the scenario's.

The Instructor will be calling on radom student to help demonstrate certain activities

Please bring a functional firearm along with 50 rounds of ammunition. If you do not have your own personal firearm, Please contact the instructor to inform him.
