Description
This outdoor performance course combines functional fitness with practical rifle and PCC handling in a dynamic range environment. Students will engage in moderate to high-intensity physical exercises immediately followed by shooting drills designed to elevate heart rate, induce fatigue, and test decision-making under stress. THIS COURSE TAKE PLACE AT AN OUTDOOR PRIVATE RANGE 30 MIN FROM FROGBONES. The location address will be email to students upon sign up.
The course emphasizes safe gun handling, efficient weapon manipulation, movement, and target engagement while physically taxed.

Requirements
- AR-style rifle, PCC, or approved defensive-style rifle platform
- Functional sling (2-point or single-point recommended)
- Minimum of 3 magazines
- Rifle/PCC magazine carrier, chest rig, or belt-mounted mag pouches
- 200–250 rounds of ammunition
- Eye protection
- Ear protection
- Athletic clothing suitable for outdoor physical activity
- Running or training shoes
- Water / hydration source
- Hat with brim
- Gloves
- Sunscreen
- Small towel
- Knee pads (optional for kneeling drills)
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Rifle lubricant/basic maintenance kit
- All firearms must be in safe working condition
- Slings are mandatory for all rifle/PCC platforms
- No steel-core, tracer, or armor-piercing ammunition
- Holstered sidearms are optional unless otherwise directed by instructors
- Students must be capable of safely carrying and controlling their firearm during movement and physical activity
Recommended calibers include:
- 5.56/.223
- 380 AUTO - 45 ACP (9MM PREFERED IF ABLE)
- .300 Blackout
This is a physically active outdoor course involving:
- Running
- Squatting
- Push-ups
- Rapid movement drills
- Elevated heart-rate shooting exercises
Students are encouraged to hydrate before arrival and bring sufficient water for the duration of training.
