We begin on the mat, where expert instruction from Isabelle guides you through a focused Pilates session emphasizing core stability, balance, controlled movement, and intentional breathing. Expect to build strength from the inside out while sharpening your mental clarity and body awareness.

Then, we transition to the range—where those same principles come to life. Stability becomes accuracy. Breath becomes control. Focus becomes precision.

This isn’t just a class—it’s an elevated experience. Designed to feel polished, empowering, and memorable, Pistols & Pilates brings together fitness and firearms training in a way that challenges both body and mind.

Participant Requirements

Please bring a Pilates/yoga mat and dress appropriately for both the exercise and range portions of the class—athletic wear suitable for movement, along with closed-toe shoes and attire that meets range safety standards.


Ammo Requirements - OUTSIDE AMMUNITION

  • Minimum Round Count: 50-100 rounds
  • Caliber: Handgun calibers only (9mm recommended for optimal performance and manageability)
  • Ammunition Type: Factory, brass-cased ammunition only (no steel case or reloads permitted)

This round count allows for structured drills, skill reinforcement, and meaningful progression without rushing the experience.

Important Note – Waivers

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver on the day of the event prior to participation.
No one will be permitted to join the class without a completed waiver on file.
