Description
The term “Permitless Carry” refers to states that allow individuals to carry a loaded firearm in public without requiring a license or permit. Thanks to court victories and a shift in public opinion, permitless carry has swept through many states in recent years. Currently, more than half of the United States allows some form of carrying a firearm without a permit.
