Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your registration. Notification must be made by close-of-business November 16, 2026, to receive a refund of your paid registration, less a processing fee of $10. No refunds are provided for cancellations after that time or no-shows.
Other Policy
Ladies Day at Gateway Age Eligibility
Participants must be at least 14 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Ladies Day at Gateway Class Requirements
Pre-registration is required to attend Ladies Day at Gateway. Walk-ons are not permitted.
No personal firearms or ammunition are allowed.
No sandals or flip flops are permitted on the range. Ball caps and high-neck T-shirts are recommended.
Eye and ear protection are required. Eye protection and “foamies” will be provided, as well as ear muffs where needed. Prescription glasses are acceptable eye protection.
Waiver
Gateway Rifle & Pistol Club Waiver Policy
All Ladies Day at Gateway participants must complete and sign a Gateway liability waiver. A driver’s license or Government issued ID must be presented for identification.
