Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the time, planning, resources, and expenses incurred in developing and scheduling our courses, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or last minute rescheduling requests. Last minute cancellations create significant inconvenience and costs that cannot be recovered. Please ensure your availibity prior to scheduling. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your enrollment to another individual with advance notice.
Reschedule Policy
There are NO refunds, however we do allow rescheduling to a future class. In order to reschedule you must provide notification of your need to reschedule by phone or email a minimum of 24 hours before the start of the course.
Other Policy
In the event that a student cannot shoot for qualification the same day of training, or fails to qualify after multiple attempts we require arrangements be made to qualify within 7 days.
