Description
This course is for shooters looking to develop their skills with a concealed carry weapon. You’ll learn how to confidently deploy your firearm and operate in challenging environments. It meets New Jersey’s requirements for CCW qualification and spans two days. Day 1 includes a classroom session covering combat mindset, EDC gear, basic concealed carry laws for New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, decision-making under stress, and a range session focused on advanced fundamentals to refine your technique. Day 2 features force-on-force training with supplied Airsoft equipment, followed by a range session using steel targets and drill-based scenarios to apply everything learned on the first day.
Topics Covered
- Understand your biomechanics to efficiently deploy your weapon, practice shooting on the move, and master the use of cover and concealment. Know the difference between precision shooting and combat shooting, and learn your personal limits for speed and accuracy with a concealed carry weapon. Be aware of how your body will react during any critical incident.
Expectations and Outcomes
The student will be able to take what they’ve learned in this class and adapt it to fit their needs and lifestyle. They’ll also come to understand the difference between precision shooting and acceptable combat accuracy.
