Marcus is a firearms instructor and security operations leader with extensive experience in protective services, officer training, and public safety operations across Washington, DC &nd Maryland.

 

Currently serving in a supervisory leadership role within private protective services, Marcus has managed multi-site security operations, trained officers in daily field responsibilities, and enforced professional standards involving safety, use-of-force awareness, and incident response.

 

Drawing from real-world experience in security management, emergency response coordination, and defensive readiness, Marcus provides practical, easy-to-understand firearms instruction designed for both new and experienced shooters.

 

His courses emphasize:

• Defensive mindset and situational awareness
• Legal considerations for armed citizens
• Confidence through structured repetition and coaching

Cancellation Policy

                                                                          

All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you cannot attend, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. While no refunds are issued, we may allow a one-time reschedule.

Reschedule Policy

                                                                     

If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 72 hours prior to your class. We will offer two reschedules to a future class within 90 days. Late notice or multiple reschedule requests will not be accommodated.

Refund Policy

 

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. By enrolling, you agree to this policy. If you cannot attend, please see our reschedule policy.

                                               Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By registering for and participating in any training course conducted by Lion Guard Tactical, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Serious bodily injury
• Permanent disability
• Emotional stress
• Property damage
• Death

Participants understand that the use, handling, and discharge of firearms and related equipment carry unavoidable dangers, even when all safety procedures are followed.

By attending training, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

2. Agreement to Follow Safety Rules

All participants agree to:

• Follow the Four Universal Firearms Safety Rules at all times
• Obey all instructor commands immediately and without hesitation
• Handle firearms only when directed by an instructor
• Wear required eye and ear protection
• Maintain safe muzzle discipline and trigger control at all times

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate dismissal from training without refund.
