Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a class or reschedule, MAC GUN WORX does not offer refunds on training or events. However, MAC GUN WORX will be happy to reschedule you to a later class, event or give you store credit to be used for another class, a private lesson, or store merchandise.

It is important for our business that we fill each seat in our classes. It is critical, not only for our business but to also guarantee you have a high-quality experience every time you attend one of our classes.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule, MAC GUN WORX requires at least 72-hour notice in order to make room for others who may be waiting to attend.

With advance notice, you have the opportunity to reschedule and attend a future class date one time for no additional charge. To be eligible you must notify us at least 72-hours prior to your class. Submit your advanced cancellation notice and requested reschedule date to our email: MacGunWorxLLC@gmail.com.

Reschedule Policy

RESCHEDULE INFORMATION
We all have those days when making it to class just isn’t going to happen. On those days, it’s important to keep our class cancellation and rescheduling policy in mind.
Our class cancellation and rescheduling policies are similar to those that most classes, ranges, and instructors have in place.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule, MAC GUN WORX requires at least 72-hour notice in order to make room for others who may be waiting to attend.

With advance notice, you have the opportunity to reschedule and attend a future class date one time for no additional charge. To be eligible you must notify us at least 72-hours prior to your class. Submit your advanced cancellation notice and requested reschedule date to our email: MacGunWorxLLC@gmail.com.

Without advance notice (at least 72-hours in advance) or if you miss your rescheduled class date, you will be billed a $10 reschedule fee, which must be paid prior to your class. This will help cover the cost of your empty seat in the class.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
MAC GUN WORX wants everyone to be safe. MAC GUN WORX will attempt to notify registered class attendees if a class is canceled due to inclement weather as soon as the decision is made. Each attendee will be notified via email, text message and/or a phone call. MAC GUN WORX will also announce the cancellation on our social media outlets. MAC GUN WORX will not issue a refund for the class or event that is canceled due to inclement weather but will reschedule your class or course for another time that complies with your schedule.

PAYMENT FORFEITURE
For our classes, filling each seat is critical for our business. If you did not attend your (original) scheduled class, then you rescheduled twice more without attending, your class payment is automatically forfeited and you can not reschedule again using this payment. However, if you would still like to attend our class, you must preregister again and pay a separate class payment to attend our class.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY
MAC GUN WORX does not offer refunds on training or events, regardless of the circumstances. Regardless whether you are unable to attend, change your mind, or because of inclement weather. However, MAC GUN WORX will be happy to reschedule you to a later class, event or give you store credit to be used for another class, private lesson, store merchandise or range time.
