This STOP THE BLEED® course is led by experienced tactical paramedics with real-world field experience in high-threat and austere environments. Designed for civilians, first responders, and public safety personnel, the course provides hands-on training in life-saving bleeding control techniques grounded in evidence-based tactical medicine. Participants will learn how to identify life-threatening hemorrhage, apply tourniquets effectively, pack wounds, and use pressure dressings with confidence. Instruction is scenario-driven and incorporates the insights and techniques used in combat and tactical law enforcement operations, ensuring students gain not only the knowledge but the mindset needed to act decisively in emergencies. No medical background required.
