Description
This approved course exceeds the State of Delaware's training requirements for obtaining a CCDW permit.
This course also meets the Delaware firearms training requirements for obtaining a Permit to Purchase.
Topics Covered
- Safe handling and storage of firearms and ammo.
- Firearm access by children and any unauthorized person.
- State and federal laws regarding purchasing, possessing and storage of firearms and ammo.
- Delaware CCDW application process.
- Dealing with law enforcement while carrying concealed.
- Suicide prevention.
Expectations and Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be given a Certificate. This certificate will serve as proof of meeting the training requirements of the state.

Basic, Concealed Carry Training
Documentation Requirements
Bring a copy of a Government Issued ID.
Print the documents sent by the instructor to class with you.
The instructor requires a copy of your Government Issued ID once you register.
Requirements
Students will need:
- A well maintained and functional semi- automatic pistol or revolver. No Single Action Only.
- 200 rounds of Factory ammo.
- Hard-sided Outside the waistband holster, no Serpa style holsters with finger release.
- No Sig P320's
- Pen and notebook.
- Eye and ears protection.
- Cover garment.
- Closed toe/heel shoes.
