About Personal Protection Concepts Consulting, Inc. (P2C2 Inc)
To train individuals and families the basic knowledge and skills and attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of guns in the home and for owning and using a gun safely, the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and to provide information on the law-abiding citizen’s right to self-defense. And, provide the knowledge, skills, and attitude for avoiding dangerous confrontations and for the safe, effective and responsible use of a concealed pistol for self-defense outside the home.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be cancelled no later than 10 days prior to the day of the class. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class fee. Upon request, the class may be rescheduled to a later available class date. Cancellation must be done by email or phone.
P2C2 Inc reserves the right to cancel courses at any time with reasonable notice given to students. If a course is cancelled, the student will be given the opportunity to reschedule to another class date.
Students can cancel class registration at any time, we do ask you notify us as soon as possible (email or phone) to allow other students to fill the spot. See Refund Policy for details that may apply.

P2C2 Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule to a future class date.
No shows will incur the full cost of registration unless otherwise agreed to by P2C2 Inc.
Reschedule Policy
P2C2 Inc. understands that events happen requiring the need to reschedule a class. Please give as much notice as possible to allow P2C2 Inc. to fill your spot.
P2C2 Inc. reserves the right to re-schedule any scheduled class due to severe weather, insufficient minimum registration, or other reasons as determined by P2C2 Inc. If a class is canceled students will be rescheduled to a later scheduled date of their choice so long as slots are available.
Some courses require a minimum number of participants as noted in the course description. If you register for a course with a minimum and the minimum number of participants have not registered within 2 days prior to the course, P2C2 Inc. reserves the right to cancel / reschedule the course. Students will be given the opportunity to reschedule to a future scheduled course date. Refunds may be given if a future class is not available.
If a class does not have the minimum students registered, it will be rescheduled to a later class of your choice.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be approved by P2C2 Inc. Refund requests more than 7 days from the class start date must be approved by the instructor. Refund requests less than 7 days before the class will be subject to a x% cancellation fee. All refunds are subject to a processing and handling fee.
Class "No Shows" will not be refunded in whole, or in part, unless requested and approved by P2C2 Inc.
Request for refunds must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
