Description
A defensive shooting situatiion will be chaotic, surprising and threatening, and you will to be able to do more than just shootv a few rounds on a static target and call it a day.
For more realistic training, you need to consider applying all of your skills, appropriately using your balance of speed and precision, breaking your focus from the optic, and even engaging multiple threats. The cognitive drills in Level 3 will help get those cognitive processes going while offering some cumulatibe practice and training.

Expectations and Outcomes
The USCCA AR-15 Fundamentals course is designed to be split into 3 mini classes or grouped into one class. Our goal is to introduce responsible gun owners to the safe handling, proper maintenance and effective use of AR-15 rifles and to bring awareness to the usefulness of this platform in the context of civilian home defense and defense of life. Once completed students will have the knowledge and skills to safely handle the AR-15, understand its operating systems, how to clean and store the rifle, learn the basics of shooting including proper stance, grip, (four points of conatct),trigger control, zeroing of optics, and exhibit proficiency in the safe handling of an AR-15 and competency of drills on the range.

Requirements
- Completion of Levels 1 & 2
- Eye & Ear protection
- AR-15
- 150 rounds of ammunitiin
- At least 2 - 30 round magazines
- Sling, 2pt preferred
- Long pants, closed toe shoes, and crew neck type top/shirt
