About Personal Defense Concepts
Rick has been instructing at one level or another since the mid 1980's. Serving in both the US Navy and US Coast Guard as a Gunner's Mate, Rick retired in 2010 after almost 25 years of service. Since retirement, Rick has primarily worked in the provate sector as an instructor. He is a NRA Certified instructor and a NC Concealed Carry instructor. Rick also teaches the NRA Refuse to Be A Victim Seminar and American Heart Association CPR, First Aid, AED and Bloodborne Pathogens courses.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your participation in any class, it is expected that you give course instructor a call/email. You can reschedule your class at that point. There are no refunds.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule at ay time prior to the class. If you do not show up to a class without contacting instructor, rescheduling will not be allowed and student will have to re-register. No refunds are given at any time.
Refund Policy
We give no refunds on registrations. We will reschedule you at any time, but no refunds are given at any time.
