Cancellation Policy

Reschedule Policy

If we have to reschedule the entire class you have the option to get a refund or just have a seat reserved in the next upcoming class. Generally the rescheduled date will be determined at the time of rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, you can choose to keep your payment in the system for the reschedule date or have it refunded. If you book a private class and do not give 24 hours notice of rescheduling, there will be a 25% fee on a refund or a 100% credit towards a rescheduled private class.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to pass the shooting qualification you will be given a full refund.

Other Policy

Day-of walk ins are not highly desirable however we can always accomodate everyone.

Waiver

All waivers are provided at the beginning of each class depending on the facility requirements.
